Straightforward monthly lesson fees

per 1.5-hour lesson
The first lesson is charged at the normal lesson rate. If you decide not to continue, only the first lesson fee will be collected.
If you decide to continue, payment will be collected for the first lesson and the remaining scheduled lessons in that calendar month.
Teaching approach
Clear explanations, adapted to the student
Paperplanes was founded by a Mathematics tuition teacher with a history of helping Secondary 2 students make significant improvements within one to two terms, including progressing from F9 to C6 and from E8 to A1.
Classes are kept to a maximum of five students so that misconceptions can be identified early and explanations can be adapted to each student's needs.
The focus is on helping students understand difficult concepts, strengthen their foundations and approach questions with more clarity.

Who are the classes suitable for?
Paperplanes is designed primarily for Secondary 1 and Secondary 2 students taking G3 Mathematics who need stronger foundations or closer guidance.
How large are the classes?
Each class has a maximum of five students.
How are fees collected?
After the first lesson The first lesson is charged at the normal lesson rate. If you do not continue, only this fee is collected.
If you continue Payment will be collected for the first lesson and the remaining scheduled lessons in the current calendar month.
Following months Fees are collected within the week before the start of each calendar month, based on its scheduled lessons.
Is there a registration fee?
No. There is no registration fee.
How are online lessons held?
All lessons are held on Google Meet. Students should join from a tablet, laptop or computer with their camera and microphone switched on.
Where are lessons held?
All Paperplanes lessons are held online on Google Meet.
What happens if a student misses a lesson?
A make-up lesson can be arranged where needed to help the student catch up on key points.
